Ministry of Energy prepares the National Pavilion of Kazakhstan at EXPO-2017
Today at the Organizer’s Office, Astana EXPO-2017 National Company Chairman of Board Mr. Akhmetzhan Yessimov has held a conference with the Republic of Kazakhstan Minister of Energy Mr. Kanat Bozumbaev. The parties discussed the progress in preparation of Kazakhstani Pavilion at EXPO-2017.
Pavilion ‘Kazakhstan’ is divided into two basic areas. These are the area of acquaintance with Kazakhstan and area “Creative Energy”.
In the first part of the Pavilion, the landscape, culture, history, present and projects of the state’s future will be presented. The “Creative Energy” area will include the best projects of domestic scientists in the theme of Exhibition, initiatives of Head of the State in energy and environment preservation. The green economy projects under implementation and already successfully implemented, and also a model of the Kazakhstani Material Testing Fusion Reactor Tokamak will be placed in the central part of National Pavilion.
May we remind you that Tokamak is an experimental thermonuclear facility designed for analysis and testing of materials under energy load mode, similar to ITER (International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor project) and the future thermonuclear power reactors.
